A. Non-Refundable.

If you cancel your Subscription, the Subscription Fees billed for your current Subscription plan are non-refundable. But, you will still be able to enjoy your Subscription until the expiry of the Subscription period. Hotstar shall not be responsible for Users being double billed if they subscribe to more than one Subscription plan at the same time.

B. Re-Subscription.

If you cancel your Subscription or your Subscription expires, and you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so from your “My Account” page on the BBTV Platform.

C. Third Party Terms of Service.

If you subscribed via a third party , you will need to cancel your Subscription through such third party(ies).

D. Further Details.

You can cancel your Subscription at anytime prior to 24 hours before expiry date of your current Subscription, by selecting “cancel” within My Account and proceeding with the onscreen prompts. For more details on how to cancel your Subscription you may contact our customer support services
